We thank everybody for helping to make our 9/22 event a big success, enabling Kurfew to raise money for the United Way's September 11th Fund. The night also gave Kurfew patrons a much needed chance to relax, socialize, and begin to return to normalcy. The Tori Amos event, produced by Franklet.com and All Knight Access, was enjoyed by many Tori fans, and featured lots of great Tori music, remixes and, of course, giveaways.

Freshmen "Orientation" Party
Wow...our Freshmen Orientation party on September 1st was never supposed to be like this! Not only is the "incoming class" cuter and ever, but the boys and girls returning to Kurfew from their faraway lands had an energy and enthusiasm that we haven't seen for a while! All the jumping and screaming on the dance floor as favorite songs came up created what one long-time Kurfer described as "the most magical night ever!!!" As a reminder, Kurfew expands to two additional rooms within two weeks, giving much-needed additional exclusive space, so stay tuned!!!

Terry Tom's B-day

Supercute DJ Superboi rocked the house on Saturday the 25th with exclusive remixes and a great new sound ideal for heavy dancing. Expect more exclusive remixes submitted by DJs from across the country. We also had a great time throwing a birthday party for Terry Tom (right), here pictured with boyfriend Jae. Coming September 1st is the return of Kurfew's DJ Red Star who will join forces with Superboi to give an incredibly diverse and entertaining cute-boy set. As of September 15th, Kurfew expands into two new rooms to accommodate DJs Septum, Soul Assassin, and Alex "Tech" Aviance, as well as a LuLuLicious, spinning pure 80s! Got a song to request, email us at music@kurfew.net. If it's good, we'll play it!

The attendance was so strong that the club is providing more space and a better setup for future weeks. Plus we're acting on the feedback that many of you have provided so that we can bring you the most incredible Kurfew ever! Kurfew expands into an additional room for the 8/25 party, and will occupy the entire back half of the club as of September 15th.

Dance to his smash club hit, "I'll Fly With You" and win CD giveaways from Arista!

Gigi has many fans, as was evidenced by the enthusiastic crowd on August 11th. After a fun Chandlier Room celebration for Tori's birthday (including guest DJ Tritium and the obligatory cake-in-the-face-and-all-over-the-place mess) we headed back into the Scharf room where we handed out tons of Gigi D'Agostino giveaways courtesy of Arista records, and played his his smash club hit "I'll Fly With You," and others. The best part came when the Kurfew Krew handed out a couple hundred "Gigi" glowsticks, and the Scharf Room lit up in green and blue light! An incredible sight!

Arista Records!

Hit 'Em Up Style is what the Kurfew patrons prepared to do on July 28th as they listened to the latest music from Blu Cantrell...and while many walked away with CDs and vinyls from this hot new artist. The crowd loved the selection played by DJ Steve Sidewalk, especially "One Step Too Far" featuring Dido on vocals. Danny's 19th birthdaBirthday cake on the birthday boy.y party got a little out of hand, with cake everywhere but on the plates (then again, when DON'T things get out of hand at Kurfew?!?)
